The venerated Austin iconic restaurant provides a separate room and seemed to work well. Self-storage owners, a first-time storage buyer, and several vendors attended the luncheon in hopes of gleaning some useful information in their property tax appeals. Jeff Bullard with Tax Remedy, Inc. (pictured below with Cindy Willie, Antler Mini Storage of Round Rock) shed some light on the valuation process and offered tips on how to protest. He explained the circumstances surrounding the increases in property valuations in Williamson County and offered some sage advice not only for commercial property owners but also for residential properties.
